*śrībhagavānuvāca
tvayā pṛṣṭamidaṃ samyag uktaṃ cākṣayyakārakam
rahasyaṃ tava vakṣyāmi yatpurāṇavido viduḥ //
The Lord Śiva said:—Nârada! I have already explained to you about the ordinance that confers everlasting blessing on the devotee, and I shall now also explain to you more clearly about it, as described by those learned in the Purâṇas.—2.
