58.13

sarvalakṣaṇasampūrṇo mantravidvijitendriyaḥ.
kulaśīlasamāyuktaḥ purodhāḥ syād‌ dvijottamaḥ.. 58.12 ..

The Brâhamana who has all the virtues in him, who is able to restrain his passions and knows the mantras, is calm and belongs to a good family, should be chosen to perform the functions of the priest (Purohita).—12.
