vittahīno 'pi kurute varṣatrayamupoṣaṇaiḥ
puṣpamantravidhānena so 'pi tatphalamāpnuyāt //
Even the poor who observes it with devotion for three years, according to the prescribed rites, using flowers alone for worship, gets the same benefit.—37.
