bhuktvā ca guruṇā ceyam uccāryā mantrasaṃtatiḥ
dīrghāyurastu bālo 'yaṃ yāvadvarṣaśataṃ sukhī //
The Brâhmaṇas should be fed first and then the devotee should take his meals. After meals, the preceptor should pronounce his blessings in the following words:—“This child may live for a century and may always remain prosperous.—32.
