māghamāsasya daśamī yadā śuklā bhavettadā
ghṛtenābhyañjanaṃ kṛtvā tilaiḥ snānaṃ samācaret //
On the tenth day of the bright fortnight, in the month of Mâgha, the devotee should bathe in water mixed with sesamum, after anointing his body with clarified butter.—21.
