bhuktvā ca vedaviduṣe biḍālavratavarjite
ghṛtapātraṃ sakanakaṃ sodakumbhaṃ nivedayet //
After meals, the devotee should give away to the Brâhmaṇas, who may be free from hypocrisy, a pot, full of clarified butter, and a piece of gold, along with a pitcher, full of water.—14.
