anena vidhinā sarvaṃ saptamyāṃ māsi māsi ca
kuryātsaṃvatsaraṃ yāvad vittaśāṭhyavivarjitaḥ //

This ordinance should be observed, according to the prescribed rites for a year, on the seventh day of a fortnight, each month, without giving way to miserliness.—10.
