anena vidhinā sarvaṃ māsi māsi samācaret
vratānte śayanaṃ dadyād guḍadhenusamanvitam
sopadhānakaviśrāmaṃ sāstarāvaraṇaṃ śubham //

The devotee should observe the same rituals every month till the ordinance is over; after which, he should give away a bedstead, along with the guḍa dhenu (sugar cow), pillows, bedding, sheets and cloths.—24.
