bhuñjan paragṛhe mūḍho dadedabdakṛtaṃ śubham .
vanaspatigate some yastu chindyādvanaspatīn .
tena pāpena deveśi narā yānti yamālayam .. 103.97 ..

eating foolishly in another's house gives away the merit accumulated in a year.
Whoever cuts down trees when Soma has entered into the plants,
by that sin, O queen of the gods, men go to Yama's abode.
