rudratvaṃ daśalakṣaiśca jāyate nātra saṃśayaḥ .. 97.152 ..
By six times that, one becomes an eloquent speaker; by twice that, an adept; / and by ten hundred thousand, Rudra-hood is attained—of this there is no doubt.
