yaścātra niyamairyuktaḥ prāṇān samyak parityajet .
sa devyāstapasā yukto mahāgaṇapatirbhavet ..27..
And whoever, observing restrictions here, properly casts off his life-breaths,
endowed with the tapas of the goddess, shall become a great leader of the Gaṇas.”
