Thus ends the sixteenth chapter, entitled “Description of the Temple of the Lord of Aruṇācala Built by Brahmā and Viṣṇu”, in the second half of the Aruṇācalamāhātmya, in the first section, the Māheśvarakhaṇḍa, in the venerable Skanda Mahāpurāṇa of eighty-one thousand verses.
