mṛtyuṃ ca pṛṣṭhataḥ kṛtvā raṇabhūmau gatavyathāḥ..
śastrāśastrairbhinnagātrāḥ praśastā nātra saṃśayaḥ.. 29.38 ..

Putting death behind them, free from anxiety on the battlefield, / their limbs torn by all kinds of weapons—they are praiseworthy, of this there is no doubt.”
