kṛtvā ca talanirghoṣaṃ raudramastraṃ mumoca saḥ..
tato'stratejasā sarvamākāśaṃ naiva dṛśyate.. 20.29 ..

Having produced a clapping sound with his palm, he discharged the Raudra weapon. / Then, by the radiance of the weapon, the whole sky could not be seen at all;
