pāpasya kālaṃ bhavapaṃkakālaṃ kalākalaṃ kālamārgasya kālam..
devaṃ mahākālamahaṃ prapadye śrīkālakaṃṭhaṃ bhavakālarūpam.. 40.100 ..

"To the death of sin, the destruction of the mire of worldly existence, the lord of arts, the vanquisher of the path of death, / to the god Mahākāla, the glorious Blue-throated One, the form of death to worldly existence, I fly for refuge.
