ajñātvā yaḥ śivaṃ bhuṃkte kathyate so'tra brahmahā..
mārṣṭi ca brahmahānnāde tasmāttasya na bhakṣayet.. 40.52 ..
He who eats without knowing Śiva is called a slayer of a brahmin here; / and a slayer of a brahmin wipes off [his sin] on the eater of his food; therefore one should not eat his [food].
