16 tārakāsurasya mantribhiḥ saha saṃmaṃtrya senāsaṃnāhapūrvakaṃ samastasuravijayārthaṃ svargaṃ pratyabhiyānam, tato vṛhaspatyanumatena devendreṇa samastasurasenāsaṃnāhakaraṇam, tārakāsura-deveṃdrayuddhopakramaḥ

16. Tārakāsura deliberates with his ministers and, marshalling his army, marches towards heaven to conquer all the gods; then the lord of the gods, with the consent of Bṛhaspati, marshals the entire army of the gods; commencement of the battle between Tārakāsura and the lord of the gods.
