tataḥ prabhṛti rājeṃdra samāgatyātra mānavāḥ ..
ratnadīpānpradāyoccaiḥ snātvā'tra salile śubhe ..
kārtike māsi niryāṃti dehāṃte tridivālayam .. 6.103.100 ..

From that time forth, O king of kings, human beings who gather here, / offering jeweled lamps with great reverence after having bathed here in the auspicious water / in the month of Kārtika, go at the end of their bodies to the abode of heaven.
