aho brahmaṇyadevasya kṛṣṇasyāmitatejasaḥ ..
mahimā yadayaṃ naiva mṛṣā cakre munervacaḥ .. 1 ..
The seers said:
“Ah, the majesty of Kṛṣṇa of boundless splendor, the deity kind to brahmins,
since he in no way rendered false the seer's word!
