tato rathasthitaṃ devaṃ pūjayedgaruḍadhvajam ..
kārttikāṃte ca vipreṃdrā gomatyudadhisaṃgame .. 38 ..
Then he should worship the Garuḍa-bannered Lord standing upon a chariot; / and at the end of Kārttika, O foremost of brahmins, at the confluence of the Gomatī and the ocean,
