evaṃ tūryaninādaiśca śaṃkhaśabdaiśca puṣkalaiḥ ..
bhrāmayitvā rathaṃ devi puraṃ sarvaṃ ca dakṣiṇam ..
svasthāne sthāpayedbhūyaḥ kṛtvā nīrājanaṃ budhaḥ .. 63 ..

Having thus taken the chariot around, O goddess, and the entire city circumambulated clockwise, / amidst the sounds of horns and abundant conch-calls, / the wise man should reinstall [him] in his own place after performing the waving of lights.
