16.19.9

sā sṛjatyakhilaṃ viśvaṃ viṣuvadvayasaṃyutam ..
tathā saṃvaraṇī yā tu viśvaṃ saṃharate priye .. ..
netrapātāccaturbhāgastruṭikālo nigadyate ..
tasmācca dviguṇaṃ viddhi nimiṣaṃ tanmaheśvari .. 9 ..

she creates the whole universe along with the two equinoxes. / Likewise, that which is the withdrawing [digit] dissolves the universe, O beloved. / A fourth part of the wink of an eye is called the time of a truṭi; / and know a nimiṣa to be twice that, O Maheśvarī! 9.
