ityevamādisarveṣu madhye'nyatra na karmaṇi ..
yatphalaṃ sarvatīrtheṣu sarvayajñeṣu yatphalam ..
tatphalaṃ tava toyasya sparśādeva bhaviṣyati ..7.1.29.80..

In all such cases and the like, [your touch is purifying], but not in rituals at any other time. / Whatever fruit is obtained in all sacred fords, whatever fruit in all sacrifices, / that very fruit shall arise merely from touching your water.
