iti śrīskāṃde mahāpurāṇa ekāśītisāhasryāṃ saṃhitāyāṃ saptame prabhāsakhaṇḍe prathame prabhāsakṣetramāhātmye kṣetrastharṣidevagaṇavarṇanaṃ nāma paṃcamo'dhyāyaḥ .. 5 ..

Thus ends the fifth chapter, entitled “Description of the Hosts of Seers and Gods Residing in the Field,” in the Prabhāsakṣetramāhātmya, the first [subdivision] of the seventh Prabhāsakhaṇḍa, in the glorious Skanda Mahāpurāṇa, a collection of eighty-one thousand [verses].
