sṛṣṭiṃ kṛtvā tato brahmā kailāse saṃsthito haraḥ ..
na śakyate surairviṣṇurbhrāmyante bhuvanatraye .. 151 ..

Having performed creation, Brahmā then [rested]; Hara remained on Kailāsa. / Viṣṇu cannot be [controlled] by the gods; they wander about the three worlds.
