anyeṣāmapi daityānāṃ vṛṣaparvāpi nedṛśaḥ ..
yathā nirīkṣitāḥ putrā baliprabhṛtayo mune ..
sarvānsaṃvīkṣya śukreṇa balau dṛṣṭā guṇāstathā .. 161 ..
Nor were they found in the other daityas; even Vṛṣaparvan was not like that. / As the sons, Bali and the others, were examined, O sage, / when all were inspected by Śukra, those virtues were observed in Bali.
