iti śrī skāṃde mahāpurāṇa ekāśītisāhasryāṃ saṃhitāyāṃ dvitīye vaiṣṇavakhaṇḍe puruṣottamakṣetramāhātmye cāturmāsyavratavidhirnāmaikonacatvāriṃśo'dhyāyaḥ ..39..

Thus ends the thirty-ninth chapter, entitled “The Rules of the Cāturmāsya Vow,” in the Puruṣottamakṣetramāhātmya of the second [section], the Vaiṣṇavakhaṇḍa, in the Skandapurāṇa, the great Purāṇa in eighty-one thousand verses.
