Thus ends the forty-first chapter, entitled 'Description of the Quelling of Kāśyapa's Sin' in the Praise of the Sacred Fords of Gāyatrī and Sarasvatī, in the Setumāhātmya of the third [part], the Brahmakhaṇḍa, in the Skandapurāṇa of eighty-one thousand verses.
