iti śrīskāṃde mahāpurāṇa ekāśīti sāhasryāṃ saṃhitāyāṃ caturthe kāśīkhaṃḍe pūrvārddhe bhairavaprādurbhāvonāmekatriṃśodhyāyaḥ .. 31 ..

Thus ends the thirty-first chapter, named 'The Manifestation of Bhairava,' in the first half of the Kāśīkhaṇḍa, in the glorious Skanda Mahāpurāṇa, in the collection of eighty-one thousand verses.
