iti śrīskāṃde mahāpurāṇa ekāśītisāhasryāṃ saṃhitāyāṃ caturthe kāśī khaṃḍe pūrvārddhe avimukteśāvirbhāvonāmaikonacatvāriṃśodhyāyaḥ ..39..

Thus ends the thirty-ninth chapter, named “The Manifestation of Avimukteśa,” in the first half of the Kāśīkhaṇḍa, in the fourth [part] of the venerable Skandapurāṇa consisting of eighty-one thousand verses.
