iti śrīskāṃde mahāpurāṇa ekāśītisāhasryāṃ saṃhitāyāṃ caturthe kāśīkhaṇḍe uttarārdha vīreśvarāvirbhāve'mitrajitparākramo nāma dvyaśītitamodhyāyaḥ .. 82 ..

Thus ends the eighty-second chapter, named ‘The Valor of Amitrajit’ in the Appearance of Vīreśvara, in the second half of the Kāśīkhaṇḍa, in the fourth [part], in the Skandapurāṇa consisting of eighty-one thousand verses.
