.. indra uvāca .. ..
anenaiva hi rūpeṇa tiṣṭha tvaṃ cātra śaṃkara ..
trailokyarakṣaṇārthāya dharmāya ca śivāya ca .. 23 ..

Indra said:
“Remain right here in this very form, O Śaṃkara,
for the protection of the three worlds, for dharma, and for auspiciousness.”
