iti śrīskāṃde mahāpurāṇa ekāśītisāhasryāṃ saṃhitāyāṃ ṣaṣṭhe nāgarakhaṇḍe hāṭakeśvarakṣetramāhātmye pañcapiṃḍikotpatti māhātmya varṇanaṃ nāma saptasaptatyuttaraśatatamo'dhyāyaḥ .. 177 ..

Thus ends the one hundred and seventy-seventh chapter, entitled “Description of the Māhātmya of the Origin of the Five Lumps” in the Māhātmya of the Sacred Field of Hāṭakeśvara in the Nāgarakhaṇḍa, the sixth [part] of the eighty-one-thousand-verse collection in the glorious Skanda Mahāpurāṇa.
