evaṃ te munayaḥ sarve vibhajya tanmahatsaraḥ..
sāyaṃtanaṃ ca tatraiva kṛtvā karma suvistaram..64...
tato niśāmukhe prāptā yatra devaḥ pitāmahaḥ..
dīkṣitastvatha maunī ca yajñamaṇḍapasaṃśritaḥ..65..

Having thus partitioned that great lake, all those sages / performed their elaborate evening rite right there, / and then, at the beginning of night, arrived where the divine grandfather was, / consecrated, observing silence, and seated in the sacrificial pavilion.
