evaṃ bruvaṃti loke'tra dhanināṃ purataḥ sthitāḥ ..
kulīnā api pāpānāṃ dṛśyaṃte dhanalipsayā ..
daridrasya manuṣyasya kṣitau rājyaṃ prakurvataḥ .. 32 ..

Thus they speak in this world, standing in front of the wealthy; / even men of noble birth are seen [serving] sinners out of a desire for wealth. / For a poor man who rules a kingdom on earth,
