kaniṣṭhaḥ prākkṛtādhānaḥ kṛtodvāhaśca prāktu yaḥ ..
tathā prāgdīkṣito yaśca sa tyājyo gṛhasaṃyutaḥ .. 18 ..

a younger brother who has set up the sacred fires first, or who has married first, / and he who was consecrated before [his elder brother]: such a one along with his household is to be rejected;
