5.270.78

anyo'pi martyaloketra yaḥ kariṣyati mānavaḥ..
makarasthe ravau mahyaṃ saṃkrāṃtau rajanīmukhe.
sa nūnaṃ madgaṇo bhāvī sakṛtkṛtvā'tha kaṃbalam..78..

And whatever other human being in this mortal world shall make [it] for me / when the sun enters Capricorn, at the beginning of the night, / having offered the blanket even once, shall surely become my gaṇa.78.
