eteṣāṃ bhāskarāṇāṃ ca madīyānāṃ puro dvijāḥ ..
kīrtayiṣyaṃti ye viprāsteṣāṃ yuṣmatprasādataḥ ..
bhūyā svargagatirviprā eṣā me guru dakṣiṇā .. 124 ..

Yājñavalkya said: / "Before these suns of mine, O twice-born, / whichever brahmins shall recite [them], by your grace / may there be the attainment of heaven for those brahmins; this is my fee as a guru. 124
