so'pi bāḍhamiti procya harṣeṇa mahatānvitaḥ ..
mahīparyaṃtamāsādya provācātha nadīpatim ......
āropya sumahaccāpamāgneyāstraṃ prayujya ca ..
triśikhāṃ bhrukuṭīṃ kṛtvā kopena mahatānvitaḥ ...2..

Saying 'Very well,' he, filled with great joy, / approached the edge of the earth and spoke to the lord of rivers [the Ocean]. / Stringing his mighty bow and fitting the fire weapon, / he knitted his brows into three furrows, filled with great wrath.
