yena nāgā dharāpṛṣṭhe nirgacchaṃti vrajaṃti ca ..
tena mārgeṇa gatvā tvaṃ pātāle hāṭakeśvaram ..
snātvā pātālagaṃgāyāṃ pūjayasva maheśvaram .. 122 ..
By which the serpents come out and go on the surface of the earth.
Having gone by that path to Hāṭakeśvara in Pātāla,
having bathed in the Pātālagaṅgā, worship Maheśvara! 122
