iti śrīskāṃde mahāpurāṇa ekāśīti sāhasryāṃ saṃhitāyāṃ pañcama āvaṃtyakhaṇḍe caturaśītiliṃgamāhātmya umāmaheśvarasaṃvāde durddharṣeśvaramāhātmyavarṇanaṃnāma saptatitamo'dhyāyaḥ .. 70 ..

Thus ends the seventieth chapter, titled 'The Description of the Māhātmya of Durdharṣeśvara,' in the dialogue between Umā and Maheśvara in the Māhātmya of the Eighty-Four Liṅgas in the fifth section, the Āvantyakhaṇḍa, of the glorious Skanda Mahāpurāṇa consisting of eighty-one thousand verses. [70]
