iti śrīskāṃde mahāpurāṇa ekāśītisāhasryāṃ saṃhitāyāṃ pañcama āvaṃtyakhaṃḍe caturaśītiliṅgamāhātmya umāmaheśvarasaṃvāda uttareśvaraliṃgamāhātmyavarṇanapūrvaka caturaśītiliṃgamāhātmyavarṇanaṃnāma caturaśītitamo'dhyāyaḥ .. 84 ..

Thus ends the eighty-fourth chapter, entitled "The Description of the Glory of the Eighty-Four Liṅgas Preceded by the Description of the Glory of the Uttareśvara Liṅga," in the dialogue between Umā and Maheśvara within the Glory of the Eighty-Four Liṅgas, in the fifth Avantī Section, of the Skanda Mahāpurāṇa comprising eighty-one thousand verses.
