yattatroccaritaṃ kiṃcittadviprebhyo nivedayet .
tatra tīrthe naraḥ snātvā nārī vā bhaktitatparā .
śaktito dakṣiṇāṃ dadyātkṛtvā śrāddhaṃ yathāvidhi .. 146.102 ..

Whatever has been uttered there, he should offer that to the brahmins. / A man or a devoted woman, having bathed at that sacred ford, / should give a priestly gift according to their means, having performed the śrāddha as prescribed.
