Thus ends the twenty-first chapter, named 'Description of the Origin of the River Kapilā,' in the Narmadāmāhātmya of the Revākhaṇḍa, in the fifth section, the Āvantyakhaṇḍa, in the glorious Skanda Mahāpurāṇa containing eighty-one thousand verses.
