Thus ends the two hundred and twenty-third chapter, entitled 'Description of the Greatness of the Vāsaveśvara Sacred Ford,' in the Revākhaṇḍa of the fifth section, the Āvantyakhaṇḍa, in the glorious Skanda Mahāpurāṇa, a compendium of eighty-one thousand [verses].
