Thus ends the twenty-eighth chapter, named ‘Description of the Māhātmya of the Sacred Fords of Jvāleśvara and Amareśvara in the Destruction of Tripura’, in the Revākhaṇḍa of the fifth [part], Āvantyakhaṇḍa, in the glorious Skanda Mahāpurāṇa, a collection of eighty-one thousand verses.
