yāni sattvāni lokeṣu sthāvarāṇi carāṇi ca .
tāni sarvāṇi rakṣantu tyaktaṃ vai bālakaṃ mayā .. 42.24 ..

“Whatever creatures there are in the worlds, both motionless and moving, / let them all protect this child abandoned by me!”
