vyāpine vyāptapūrvāya adhiṣṭhātre pracodine .
kṛtapracodanāyaiva tattvavinyāsakāriṇe 36 . .17. .
pradhānacodakāyaiva guṇānāṃ 37 śaktidāya ca .
dṛṣṭidāya ca sarveṣāṃ svayaṃ vai darśanāya ca . .18 . .

to the all-pervading, who has pervaded before, the supervisor, the impeller, / who has effected impulsion, who arranges the principles; / to the stimulator of primordial matter, the giver of power to the qualities, / the giver of vision to all, and himself vision indeed;
