the exceedingly radiant Prajāpati was then consecrated here. / There the yogins, seeing this subtle, / ancient [truth] endowed with the three qualities with divine vision, those who know the truth of yoga sing: / "Indeed, Rudra is the creator of all beings and of you, O Lord!
