samitsaṃyogajastasya svedabindurlalāṭajaḥ . .15. .
papāta jvalane tasmin dviguṇaṃ21 tasya tejasā .
taddhi māheśvaraṃ tejaḥ sandhitaṃ22 brahmaṇi23 srutam24. . 16 ..

he wiped his forehead with his hand holding the sacrificial wood. / A drop of sweat born of his forehead from contact with the firewood / fell into that fire, doubled by his radiance. / For that radiance of Maheśvara, joined in Brahmā, flowed forth.
